What AVAY asks for, and why

Signing in with Google shares your name, email address and profile picture, which AVAY uses to identify the account that owns a meeting and its notes, and to show who is in a call. It does not read your Gmail, Drive or Calendar. When transcription is switched on, meeting audio is sent for speech recognition and returned as text, and the transcript and notes are stored so they can be searched later. AVAY reaches no other system unless you connect it yourself.
