AVAY is an AI-native video meeting platform. Meetings run in your browser with camera, microphone and screen sharing, and an AI participant sits in the call with you.
During a meeting AVAY can:
- Transcribe the conversation as it happens.
- Write the notes, decisions and action items while you talk.
- Answer questions out loud when someone asks it directly.
- Search what was said in every past meeting, so decisions are not lost.
- Reach the tools a team already uses, when they have been connected to it.

What AVAY asks for, and why
Signing in with Google shares your name, email address and profile picture, which AVAY uses to identify the account that owns a meeting and its notes, and to show who is in a call. It does not read your Gmail, Drive or Calendar. When transcription is switched on, meeting audio is sent for speech recognition and returned as text, and the transcript and notes are stored so they can be searched later. AVAY reaches no other system unless you connect it yourself.
